Pro QuantumX Upright Vacuum

It’s nice to be able to put out a clean fresh smell in the air while you’re vacuuming.

It doesn’t do a lot to fragrance the air, but it keeps the hopper that holds the water from stinking. I appreciate that.

It put a nice smell in your house while you vacuum. Better than then those spray’s you but at the store.

I would like the scents to be stronger.

The fragrances are a good touch. Although the fragrance doesn’t last long about 15
minutes

As I have only had one full run of the house, I am rating this vacuum a 4-star. I would rather have the opportunity to move up to a 5-star than have to downgrade because of something that comes up later. Great vacuum! I like that it does not leave lines on the carpet but instead leaves a nice, clean footprint. Odor control has always been an issue when working with vacuums with hepa filters. They are expensive and only good for a short time. Running the exhaust through water effectively reduces the odor and is much appreciated by all. Instead of emptying the used water outside where the fibers from the carpet live forever, I use a plastic colander to filter them out which I then add to my trash. I would like a better solution for cord storage than removing it and storing it in the accessory bag. It is not a big thing, but I would like it more if the cord had hooks to wind around. Glad that I bought this vacuum and I am looking forward to years of dependable service.

It cleans very nicely, but is loud and heavy. It should have a second handle on the front side for better balance when moving it from location to location.
The hose attachment is good and easy to connect.

Love the sweeper but it needs a longer cord an the attachments more suction.

I own a Rainbow vacuum and have loved the water filtration system all my life. I have never dealt with filters. But, the Rainbow takes a lot to clean and put away sometimes for little messes that need cleaned up. That’s why I bought the Quantum vac. I’ve only used it mostly for cleaning up cat vomit. But it is a lifesaver for that alone. I used to use so many paper towels and carpet cleaner. Now, just water and the Quantum. One thing I’m not in love with is how the hose attaches to the machine. The cap on the back is hard to get off and the first time I did, it broke the rubber piece that keeps it connected to the machine. The first time I used the motor head to vacuum my carpet, I thought the machine was very heavy. I still had the vacuum extended, but I felt the weight of the machine made it flop side to side. It does have great suction though! I guess I am just used to the Rainbow because it is a canister vacuum and isn’t heavy to move. I do think it is a good vacuum but don’t want to pay the price for the Rainbow.

Does a fantastic job of cleaning my carpets.
My only complaint is the water chamber, when filled, constantly flips to the side making it difficult to maneuver. That feature works great for going under furniture but for straight vacuuming it puts a strain on my wrist. Is there any way to tighten it up so it doesn’t flip so easily?

Heavy!
Love the smoothness of the brush action. It leaves a soft, lineless carpet. Love the transition from carpet to a hard floor. Suction around base of the sweeper is excellent! Extension allows it to tilt and reach under almost anything including beds. Easy to push so no lower back pain after cleaning the whole house. It is heavy, but no pain in my arms and shoulders after using. Getting rid of the dust is more important to me than anything, so the water filtration system does that effectively. I just flush it down the toilet!

I love how clean it gets my home. What I didn’t expect was it to be so heavy! It’s very easy to operate but I struggle with having to move it from place to place due to its weight. I wish I’d known. If you’re looking for a powerful vacuum that actually does as advertised, this is it!!!

It is heavy but I expected that. I do find it hard to stear…but it picks up well. I wish the cord was longer and the hose attachment isn’t the easiest to connect.

I’ve used it once. With a full tank it’s a little heavy and awkward. It does a good job of picky you the dirt. Only time will tell.

It is so nice to be able to flush away all that dirt and know it won’t make it way back into the house.

While I was skeptical about ordering especially when my shipping date kept getting moved, I finally received the quantum. It looks great, and assembles quickly. The vacuum is AMAZING…. It picks up so much more than my regular vacuum. All the videoes are true you start out with fresh clean water and it’s nasty when you’re done. However there’s some things that should be better on here…. Maybe instead of removing the cord after each use have a retractable cord.. also the wheels are not good put better wheels these don’t roll too well . But overall I’m happy so far with my purchase

It’s 5 stars for cleaning! However, this vacuum is extraordinarily heavy and at 67 it’s a workout when I use it. Therefore, it’s not my everyday tool. I’m strong enough, but it’s not suitable for anyone frail. I’d like to think the company would let me make a trade-in if they solve the weight problem. (It’s not the weight of the water…)

Two things that would make it even better is: 1) longer velcro strip so could put thru the handle to hold up the cord;
2) wheels a little larger so would roll easier when not on.

I live in Alaska. And to boot, in the interior of Alaska. There is a lot of silt around here. So when I received my Quantum, I first vacuum with a Kirby, an area rug in the living room. Then, I let my iRobot clean the area rug. I should of taken, before, during and after pictures. Please keep in mind, I did this one right after the other. I finally take the Quantum and vacuum the same area rug and yuk! All the silt and pet hair that was coming up. I am so embarrassed that my area rug was so dirty. I did vacuum a total of three times with the Quantum after the iRobot cleaned and the Kirby cleaned. By the last cleaning, there was nothing left to pick up. I have since cleaned my inter house, and no longer need to go back over. The first pass picks up everything. I am most pleased with this vacuum. My only wish, is that is was lighter and had a handle in the front to lift with and didn’t activate disengaging the container of yuk. Thank you for this wonderful product.

Love the no smell from a dirty filter. Heavy to push. Took some practice putting the water canister onto vacuum and then taking it off. Recommend doing this while it is empty. Lot of air blows out while vacuuming.

I love the cleaning power. I wish there was a way to wrap the power cord up. The hose is very inconvienent and its very heavy. I almost sent it back but i really do love the cleaning power.

There’s things I like and some
I don’t. Don’t: it’s heavy, you have to empty water outside (don’t flush and I suggest you take that statement down), accessories are difficult to switch around because there’s no where to attach them, you have to attach and I attach the hose, still can’t get it under the bed. Likes: if you could fix the issues above some of the design is good, like no filters, it’s easy to clean the vacuum, it cleans pretty well. Overall I don’t think this vacuum is worth the money I paid for it, but I still am in the process of trying it out and working with the things I don’t like to see if I can improve the things I’m not fond of. I may be over the 30 day policy. Wish I had 30-60 more days to see if I really want to keep it.
