What is Water Filtration?
Water Filtration is the use of water to filter out dirt and debris from the intake of the vacuum. Simply put, the dirt and dust are sucked up with conventional air suction, but instead of a dry filter or bag, everything is forced into the water. The water captures the pollutants by soaking them and weighing them down which prevents them from being released back into the air. Water cannot clog, so neither airflow nor suction is EVER reduced when using the Quantum W.

Can Quantum W help with Allergies?
Quantum W can help people with allergies and asthma because it can eliminate dirt, debris, allergens and bacteria, viruses, and other pathogens that may be lingering in the home. Conventional vacuums will send may allergens right back into the air, but not when it comes to a water filtration system like Quantum W. Water does an excellent job at filtering out virtually anything out of the air, leading to greatly increased air quality when compared to a regular vacuum. It can remove household odors and you can add fragrant oils too.
Will the Quantum W work on Hard Floors and Carpet?
The Quantum W works on all hard floor and area rug surfaces. It can be used on dry mode for small areas of carpet.
What Do I Do With the Dirty Water?
Where was all that dirt hiding? Chances are the Quantum W did its job and your water container is pretty dirty. To get rid of the dirty water after you're done vacuuming, you can simply pour it outside. If you'd rather not just pour it outside, you can use a colander or cheese cloth to remove the solid materials and pour the water down the toilet drain.
Will the Quantum W work on Rugs?
Quantum W is designed to work specifically on hard floor surfaces, it can be used on small area rugs on dry mode.
Does It leave the floor wet?
No, the vacuum is designed to suck the water back up leaving it clean but also dry.
Is the Quantum W Cordless?
The Quantum W is cordless and also has a removable battery so that extra charged batteries can be purchased for extended use.
What happens if the Quantum W gets Knocked Over?
Quantum W has water separator technology that will only allow air to exhaust while the unit is ON. The water basin itself is locked into place, and the motor is water-sealed. If the Quantum W is OFF and water leaks, disconnect everything and dry it off as best you can, then leave it to air dry for at least 24 hours before turning it back on.
Is there a Payment Plan for the Quantum W?

There is only one model of Quantum W at this time. We will be releasing more models with different uses in the near future.
Can I see the Quantum W in Store?
We are currently not available in any distributor or retail locations as that would drive the cost of the vacuum through the roof! We are looking to become available in retail stores like Walmart or Costco, but the price will likely be closer to $900 at that time. Can the Quantum W get Underneath Furniture?
The Quantum W is designed to be able to get under 4″ of clearance with the tilted handle.
What Maintenance does the Quantum W need?
There's very little maintenance the Quantum W requires. Of course, you'll need to pour out the water after each use and clean out the basin. As well, just like almost every other vacuum, you'll need to snip longer hairs out of the roller brush once in a while. The thing that most people are not familiar with is our air water separator. It's a very easy item to locate and clean, and we include detailed instructions in the owner's manual. You can always call or chat in to get assistance in performing this step too!

How does the Quantum W Compare to the Bissell Crosswave®?
The Quantum W and Bissell Crosswave® are very different machines. The Crosswave® is designed for washing and shampooing your floors and has very little versatility or use otherwise. It may also leave your floors damp, and it has filters that need to be replaced regularly at an additional cost. The Quantum X is designed to be a powerful home vacuum with the ability to pick up liquids. The Quantum W will not put any water or cleaner on the ground, but you can pick up liquids through the wet/dry hose that comes with it, and there's a variety of attachments to assist in cleaning every corner of the home, from ceiling to floor!

What Warranty comes with the Quantum W?
All orders come with a 3-Year Warranty that's automatically registered to you upon purchase and begins the day you receive the machine. The warranty covers any parts, labor, and return shipping of repaired items to the customer, and fully covers any machine defects. The only thing you'd be responsible for is shipping any parts that require repair, if any, to our Service Center in McMinnville, TN 37110. We also offer the option to extend your warranty to 4 or 5 years for an additional cost.
