So far so good. Easy to put together if you don’t have one piece upside down.. lol.. and we just moved into an apt w carpet.. and the previous tenants must have also had a dog and the carpet cleaners and landlord vacumn did NOT get up all the pet hair. This vacumn is getting more dog hair up then my little pup could have lost in one week!

Works well when it works, but they constantly break. Customer service is responsive; however, I've had to send in a head for repair four times and it broke again. We've had so much down time, I had to purchase another vacuum cleaner so this is pretty much a wasted of money. I'd like a working one or refund on principle at this point and maybe I'll give it away!

Please do not order this item & more importantly do not use Affirm to purchase. You will receive a very poor product or in my case a defective product and you will be forced to keep it or pay return shipping! I refused since it is a costly item to pay for return shipping! Affirm unfortunately will not help. Credit card is the safest way to purchase but honestly it isn't worth it! Looks like it is durable but looks are deceiving. I am currently seeking legal advise on how to get my first payment refunded & protecting my credit rating. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!! BUYER BEWARE!

Highly recommended! I have a dog and the amount of hair and dirt the Quantum picks up is amazing! Love the water filtration system! Smells good when vacuuming and doesn’t smell like old wet dog like my Shark did!

Customer service was amazing! I sent in the vacuum head and it came back lightening fast. Then I needed a new cord and they sent that. My vacuum is now working again just like new. I love that they repair them instead of just disposing of them, then sending a new one. We need to be better at this as stewards of the world, just as QuantumX is. Thank you!

I wish I had never wasted my money on previous vacuum purchases. Would of saved so much more if I bought this one first. We have livestock. Dog and teenager. Boots are never taken off during the day. You would not believe how great this machine does.
